Estate Agencies
Many landlords often turn to Estate Agents to fully or part manage their properties on their behalf. By working with KJP Property Group our company becomes your tenant and reports to you directly as would any other tenant.
So, our system works like this…
- A landlord comes to you to rent their property out.
- In many cases the landlord often takes out a managed service by the Estate Agent too.
- We become the landlord’s tenant on a company let/management let basis & pay rent each month directly to you as the Estate Agent.
- We do not cover maintenance on the properties, so any issues we will still contact the Estate Agent (if managed) immediately for you to resolve, therefore keeping your original managed service active so it’s a win-win-win all around.
